Thanks to the EasyPlates and optimized ballasting, the forces acting on the rails are transferred to the adjacent rail and thus distributed more evenly.

NanoGrip

Our NanoGrip increases secure adhesion, making the substructure secure and firm.

Cross composite

The strong system composite increases stability, especially for large module fields, and makes it less susceptible to storm damage.

What you need to know as a fitter

PMT X118 defines a new benchmark for flat roofs with its uncomplicated and fast installation and reliable substructure. The pivoting module mounting, supported by the proven Push & Click technology, enables simple installation and significantly reduces maintenance work. Thanks to this innovative swivel system, the modules can be positioned, wired and fixed from the long side. PMT X118 therefore offers protection, flexibility and efficiency.

EasyPlates

Thinking crosswise

PMT X118 ensures a flat load and therefore better load distribution thanks to an activation area of approx. 400 cm² per EasyPlate. The cross connection ensures a strong, efficient system bond thanks to rigid steel profiles, so that point loads are avoided. The EasyPlates offer additional protection without plasticizer migration.

Simple assembly

Pre-assembled system

Only one tool is required to ensure fast assembly thanks to the intuitive push & click technology. The high degree of pre-assembly of the components also increases material availability and simplifies logistics at the same time.

Smart structure

Uncompromisingly safe

The system ensures secure installation even with large modules while minimizing the risk of micro-cracks. The pivoting mounting prevents leaning on the module and thus protects it from possible damage.

Easy handling

Larger modules - more power

The swivel-mounted module assembly enables particularly easy handling of large modules - insert the module vertically, pivot it over and you're done. The modules can also be easily removed again for simplified maintenance.
