Supporting the Engineering division management in the following areas:
- Independent processing of classic secretarial tasks and special tasks
- Independent execution of administrative and organizational activities
- Carrying out research in preparation for decision-making
- Communication with our suppliers
- Preparation of meetings and training courses
- Logging of appointments
What you bring with you 2
- Successfully completed vocational training with several years of professional experience in a commercial and/or assistant-like position
- You are characterized by your proactive, independent and structured way of working
- Communication skills, reliability, discretion and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
- You have an open-minded and honest manner
- Confident handling of common programs of the MS Office Suite
- You are interested in technical topics
- Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
