Job description

Your daily tasks 1
- You will be responsible for payroll accounting, checking and maintaining all payroll-relevant data
- With your experience, you will ensure proper and timely payroll accounting including follow-up activities
- An essential part of your job is also time recording management. This includes maintaining absences, as well as correcting and canceling entries
- You will also take care of data administration, maintenance and correction in the personnel files and HR systems. You will use and maintain the HR management system and support its further development
- You prepare various HR reports and support internal communication in consultation with your line manager
- You will also play an active role in HR projects and take on your own project topics
- You will provide support in carrying out administrative activities along the entire employee life cycle. This includes the creation of employment contracts, references and certificates, the creation and maintenance of personnel files and the drafting of personnel-related letters
What you bring with you 2
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of payroll accounting, as well as experience in working with external service providers
- You have completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on human resources, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Your very good knowledge of tax and social security law as well as company pension schemes and time management make you a professional in payroll accounting
- Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with sensitive personal data are a matter of course for you
- You are characterized by your structured and reliable way of working, strong communication skills, high level of initiative and proactive approach
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel, and are open to continuous training in the field of human resources
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
