Your daily tasks 1
- Collaboration and support of the quality management officer in certifications, such as "DIN ISO 9001" and audits
- Creating evaluations and reports in the area of quality assurance (management of national and international customer complaints)
- Maintenance / further development of quality-relevant documents and records
- Further development and continuous improvement of existing packaging concepts
- Quality assurance measures and quality assurance activities in connection with the associated documentation
- Supporting measuring work and quality control of the articles produced
What you bring with you 2
- Successfully completed commercial training with further training in the field of quality management or a comparable career
- Several years of professional experience in quality management required, including very good knowledge of DIN ISO 9001 standards and confident use of common quality tools
- Good knowledge of statistical and operational methods in quality assurance
- Confident handling of MS Office and very good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
