In this role, you will... 1
- Create, review, and track quotes
- Coordinate customer orders and forward them to internal departments
- Provide customer service to clients and prospective customers by phone and in writing
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solution-oriented support
- support the field staff in customer service and project coordination
- Maintain customer, project, and sales data in the ERP and CRM systems
- Receive, process, and document complaints
- Support forecasts, reports, and sales-related analyses
- help optimize internal sales processes and workflows
- ensure a smooth flow of information between customers and internal teams

- You have experience in inside sales, sales support, or order processing
- are proficient in using ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner

- have a strong customer focus and a sense of responsibility
- You are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French is preferred
