In this role, you will...
1

  • Identify new market opportunities in the carport and open space sector by systematically analyzing regional and national potential, including municipal and public institutions.
  • Establish a sustainable network of engineering firms, municipal utilities, energy suppliers, tendering agencies, project developers, EPC companies, architects, and planning offices.
  • Position PMT as the first choice for carport and open space solutions on the market and actively contribute to raising awareness of our solutions.
  • Responsible for CARPORT and TITAN projects throughout their entire life cycle – from prequalification to complete implementation.
  • Advise customers on technical designs, construction processes, soil classes, statics, and approval issues, and coordinate on-site appointments, kick-off meetings, and coordination with all stakeholders.
  • ensure that projects run smoothly and continue to provide our customers with reliable support even after the contract has been signed.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop strategically important key customers for carports and open spaces.
  • Support the sales team with complex tenders and customer-specific solutions and act as the central point of contact for technical, commercial, and organizational issues throughout the entire project.
  • Regularly screen market trends, standards, subsidy programs, and regulatory requirements, and analyze competitive activities in order to continuously develop our portfolio.
  • Pass on valuable market and customer information to product management and innovation.
  • Actively position PMT as a leading provider of C&I carport and ground-mounted PV solutions in the market and help shape strategies for scaling these segments.
  • Convincingly present the quality, safety, and efficiency advantages of our systems to customers and work closely with internal teams on future-oriented solutions.

You will be successful in this role if you...

  • have several years of experience in project business in the solar industry or in the technical construction environment (e.g., metal construction, steel construction, ground-mounted PV).
  • are familiar with the relevant processes: preliminary planning, approval, structural analysis, implementation planning, and assembly.
  • You have gained experience in dealing with EPC companies, engineering firms, authorities, and municipal institutions.
  • are confident in reading and editing technical drawings, service specifications, and tender documents
  • has strong organizational skills and high stress resistance.
  • communicate confidently with technical and commercial stakeholders.
  • You work independently, are goal-oriented and precise, and have a clear customer focus.
  • communicative, engaging, and assertive.
  • have a good command of English.
  • If you speak other languages such as French or Spanish, every additional language is a plus.
