Job description

In this role, you will... 1
- actively develop and improve our IT service and support processes
- Provide first- and second-level support to users for hardware and software issues—on-site, remotely, or by phone
- Analyze and permanently resolve issues, and advise users on IT-related questions
- Support, install, and administer server, client, and mobile systems (Windows, macOS, smartphones, tablets)
- Further develop and reliably operate our network (Unifi) and infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, telephony)
- Manage users, permissions, and IT access
- Further develop and integrate the Microsoft system landscape (Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Business Central)
- Monitoring and Securing IT Systems and Security Infrastructure
- work on cybersecurity and data protection issues (including the GDPR)
- Execute IT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation
- evaluate new technologies and integrate them into the existing environment
- Coordinate external IT service providers and assist with IT procurement and licensing
You will thrive in this role if you... 2
- You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, an IT systems administrator, or hold a comparable qualification
- have already gained experience in the IT field (preferred, but not required)
- you are well-versed in server and client systems, networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, VLAN, routing, firewalls, VPN), virtualization, and backup strategies
- quickly grasp complex IT concepts and develop solutions on your own initiative
- work in a structured, careful, and reliable manner
- enjoy working in a team, communicate openly, and are eager to further your professional development
- You have strong written and spoken German skills; knowledge of English is a plus
