Job description

Your daily tasks: 1
- You will analyze internal processes, collect data, and research external best practices in the field of sustainability. This includes environmental standards, regulatory requirements, industry benchmarks, and innovative approaches that could be relevant to our company. On this basis, you will develop a sound understanding of where we stand and what our potential is.
- Based on your research, you will develop a customized sustainability management system. This concept can include structural, organizational, and content-related elements—from target definitions and key performance indicator systems to guidelines and recommendations for action. You will have plenty of creative freedom to contribute innovative ideas and develop a system that is scalable and flexible for the future.
- You will accompany the entire development process: from the initial analysis to structuring and planning to the development of individual components. To do this, you will work closely with various departments, conduct interviews, create workflows, and assist in prioritizing topics. Step by step, you will lay the foundation for our sustainability program.
- At the end of your bachelor's or master's thesis, you should have a functional framework that is anchored in the company. This means that you will assist with the introduction of the system, internal presentations, the creation of documents, and, if necessary, small training sessions. The solution does not have to be perfect—it should be flexible, adaptable, and expandable so that we can build on it.
- Since sustainability is still in its infancy at our company, you will have plenty of scope to develop your ideas. The final form of the management system has not yet been defined—whether it will be a digital dashboard, guidelines, a reporting system, printed documentation, or a hybrid approach. That's why we are looking for someone who works in a structured manner, contributes their own ideas, and enjoys building something from scratch.

- You are about to complete your studies in business administration, supply chain management, energy and environmental management, or a similar field.
- Interest in SCM, energy and the environment, and sustainability are among your main areas of focus.
- You are fascinated by the photovoltaic industry and want to pursue a career in sustainability
- You are characterized by a confident handling of MS-Office Suite
- Good communication skills, perceptiveness and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths
- You are good with data, statistics and analysis
- Excellent written and spoken German skills and good English skills round off your profile.
