In this role you will ... 1
- carry out and ensure the operational processing of our customer orders
- Organize and coordinate the flow of information and materials in day-to-day operations
- Work closely with Internal Sales, Procurement, and Logistics
- Monitor inventory levels and product availability
- Identify purchasing needs and initiate them in coordination with our purchasing department
- Identify supply bottlenecks early and coordinate appropriate operational solutions
- Clarify availability and delivery dates in close coordination with the purchasing department and our suppliers
- Determine delivery dates and communicate them clearly to the relevant departments
- Support the Internal Sales team in clarifying delivery options and ensuring on-time deliveries
- Help optimize our order management processes and contribute to the development and improvement of tools
- serve as the point of contact for operational customs, shipping, and logistics matters
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and special topics within supply chain management
You will be successful in this role if you ...
- You have experience in order management, order fulfillment, logistics, or similar operational supply chain processes
- has a good understanding of order processing and logistics procedures
- are confident working with ERP systems and, ideally, have already gained experience as a key user
- have knowledge of inventory, availability, and materials management
- have a basic understanding of shipping and customs processes
- can coordinate complex processes in a structured manner and manage them reliably
- communicate clearly and effectively with various departments
- act in a solution-oriented and level-headed manner, even in the face of supply bottlenecks and last-minute challenges
- Organize your area of responsibility independently and on your own initiative
- enjoy working as part of a team and collaborating across the entire supply chain
