This focus is also reflected in the skills of the current management team. Peter Grass has been responsible for product development as Chief Technology Officer since June 2020. Thomas Kercher has been with PMT since June 2020 and, as CEO, is responsible for all customer-facing areas, in particular sales and marketing. The brand relaunch is therefore an important milestone that the management has reached on the road to internationalization. "The new brand identity has spurred us on to fully align the organization with the demands of international markets. This has given our internal and external communication a new framework," says Thomas Kercher.
The corporate vision "Next Level Mounting" is the overarching goal of the entire company. Revocit is accompanying the relaunch. The Goldkronach-based company is supporting PMT's realignment at all levels thanks to its specialization in brand design and corporate development.
"Nine years after its foundation, PMT has established itself as a quality leader on the market. Our new brand strategy now aims to convey this greatness and our expertise to the outside world in order to become even more visible to the target group. Our products are unique. And we now need to emphasize this in our marketing and communication strategy. Our relaunch is the starting signal for this," says Stefanie Weber, Head of Marketing & Communications.
