PMT X118 at the Intility Arena in Oslo, Norway
PMT X118 - 5°
PV energy for Norway's top soccer arena
A high-performance PV system with the PMT X118 system has been installed on the roof of the Intility Arena, home of the Norwegian first division team Vålerenga Fotball. With 1,288 installed modules and a total output of 747.04 kWp, the system covers a roof area of 4,209.52 m² and makes an important contribution to the stadium's sustainable energy supply.
Project overview
Together with our partners Scott Norge AS - a leading supplier of PV systems in Norway - as well as BlueTec AS and Enny AS, this project was successfully realized. PMT X118, suitable for roof pitches from 0 to 10°, offers maximum stability, easy installation and optimum use of space. The 5° pitched roofs of the arena were built with maximum efficiency - even interfering areas could be intelligently avoided in the planning process in order to maximize the energy yield.
